Feel free to bring along any materials that will help us better understand your ideal design. Need some help in your ideation process? Fret not, as we have a collection of sample products at our showrooms that might just give you some inspiration.
Design
Upon confirmation of the design, a deposit will be required and our designer will begin sketching the design in accordance with your preference. Once completed, a sketch of your customised item will be shared for final approval.
Casting and Setting
Once the design is approved, production of your customised jewellery will commence and all you have to do is sit back and relax!
