Is Shipping FREE?

Yes! Shipping is FREE in Singapore (no minimum amount) and Worldwide (above SGD$450)

Does LeCaine Gems ship globally?

We’re happy to offer worldwide shipping and we want to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.

For international orders, shipping and delivery charges are complimentary for purchases above SGD$450. Any additional fees such as import duties, local taxes (e.g. VAT) and customs clearance charges will be the responsibility of the recipient. These costs are determined by your local customs authorities and may vary from country to country.

If you’re unsure about the charges that may apply, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office for the most accurate information.

Please note that customs procedures in some countries may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified of your order’s tracking information. Thank you for your patience, we promise it will be worth the wait.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For ready-made pieces available locally, delivery typically takes up to 3 working days, while international deliveries may take about 1 week.

As most of our jewellery are custom-made, please allow a 2 to 4 weeks preparation duration from the date of purchase for the designs listed on our webstore. For jewellery pieces featuring coloured gemstones and intricate designs or bespoke craftsmanship, preparation duration will take a longer time of 6 to 8 weeks. When you make your purchase online, you will be notified of the estimated production time frame when placing your order.  Once the product is ready, a tracking reference containing details on the expected date of arrival will be sent to you. Worldwide shipping takes 3 to 5 days. Please note that shipping duration may vary, as subjected to peak periods and holidays.

Will I be charged Sales Tax and Duties?

This is collected by the courier companies, the amount payable varies according to the local import tax rates. Once your order arrives in your country, you will be notified by the courier regarding the fees collection (if any). Please note that customers are liable to pay for any additional charges of taxes and duties which may apply as subjected to their country of residence.

Can I ship an order to an address that is not my billing address?

Yes, you can arrange shipping to an alternative address as long as you indicate the name and address of the intended recipient. As a verified buyer, your credit card and billing address will be authenticated to prevent fraudulent purchases. For security and tracking purposes, we’re unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. A physical address is required for all deliveries.

Is shipping insured?

Yes, all orders are tracked and insured during the delivery process. All deliveries require a direct valid signature from the recipient upon delivery. This ensures that your order has been delivered successfully and to the intended recipient.
