Does LeCaine Gems ship globally?
All purchases made at LeCaine Gems are entitled to worldwide shipping, with no minimum spending amount. For international shipping (locations outside of Singapore), please note that a shipping fee will be incurred for items priced below S$450. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified of your order’s tracking information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For READY MADE stocks locally would be within 3 working days & international would be 1 week.
As most of our jewellery are custom-made, please allow a 2 to 4 weeks preparation duration from the date of purchase for the designs you see on our webstore. For jewellery pieces with coloured gemstones, and intricate designs, preparation duration will take a longer time of 6 to 8 weeks. When you make your purchase online, you will be notified of the estimated production time frame when placing your order. Once the product is ready, a tracking reference containing details on the expected date of arrival will be sent to you. International shipping takes 3-5 business days subject to courier and customs handling. Subject to duties and taxes of the individual. Please note that shipping duration may vary, as subjected to peak periods and holidays.
Will I be charged Sales Tax and Duties?
This is collected by the courier companies; the amount payable varies according to the local import tax rates. Once your order arrives in your country, you will be notified by the courier regarding the fees collection (if any). Please note that customers are liable to pay for any additional charges of taxes and duties which may apply as subjected to their country of residence.
Can I ship an order to an address that is not my billing address?
Yes, you can arrange shipping to an alternative address as long as you indicate the name and address of the intended recipient. As a verified buyer, your credit card and billing address will be authenticated to prevent fraudulent purchases.
Is shipping insured?
Yes, all orders are tracked and insured during the delivery process. All deliveries require a valid signature from the recipient upon delivery. This ensures that your order has been delivered successfully and to the intended recipient.
